Rogla will continue its project of constructing the cross-country ski course and sports hotel. Last year saw the completion of the earthmoving work needed for the start/finish area of the course. It will be used for cross-country skiing in the winter and as a football field with natural grass over the summer months. Construction of the sports hotel is planned to start in July 2010. Carried out in a public private partnership with the Zreče Municipality, the project’s value is estimated at €8m, of which €3m was provided by the EU.
