At its sixth regular session held 8 September 2010, the Supervisory Board of Unior discussed the annual report for the six months of the company’s operation in 2010 and adopted the information on current operation for the January to August 2010 period.

At the session, the semi-annual report for the 1 January 2010 to 30 June 2010 period was discussed and adopted. In the first six months of the year, Unior generated EUR 60.5 million of sales revenue thus realising 50.6% of the planned figures for 2010. The company exceeded its sales plan by 3.9 percent. In the first six months, the company’s operating result was loss in the amount of EUR 1.1 million, which is EUR 3.6 million less than in the same period of the previous year.
The Supervisory Board members were informed of the results of current operation. The Supervisory Board adopted the information on the realisation of sales for eight months of operation in 2010. The generated sales amounted to EUR 73.8 million, which exceeded the planned extent by 5 percent and the year-on-year sales by 6 percent. For the year 2010, the company plans to generate EUR 119.6 million of net sales revenue, which is 7.4 percent more than in 2009.
